Pet Shop Sài Gòn always strives to deliver as fast as possible so you and your “boss” don't have to wait long 🐾

1. Delivery methods

You can choose:

  • Home delivery: Pet Shop Sài Gòn delivers to your address
  • In-store pickup: pick up directly at the Pet Shop Sài Gòn store in HCMC (free)

2. Delivery timeframes

Within HCMC:

  • 2-hour express delivery: For orders placed before 4 PM, within supported areas
  • Same-day delivery: For orders placed before 4 PM
  • In-store pickup: Ready within 30 minutes after the order is confirmed

Greater HCMC area: 1 - 2 business days

Other provinces/cities: 2 - 5 business days, depending on the area

Note: Delivery times may change during holidays, Tết, or due to weather and natural disasters.

3. Shipping fees

The shipping fee will be shown specifically at checkout. The fee is calculated based on: the delivery area, the weight and dimensions of the order, and the most suitable carrier.

4. Order tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, email, or Zalo.

5. Tips when receiving your order

When receiving your order, please:

  • Check the condition of the package before accepting it
  • If the product shows signs of damage or was delivered incorrectly, you may refuse it and let Pet Shop Sài Gòn know
  • Record a video while unboxing to help us resolve any issues faster if they arise

6. Failed delivery attempts

The carrier will contact you before delivery. If you cannot be reached, the order may be redelivered or returned. If you need help, you can contact Pet Shop Sài Gòn to check and resolve it as quickly as possible.
