RETURNS POLICY

Pet Shop Sài Gòn always wants you and your furry friend to be completely satisfied with every order at Petshopsaigon.com 🐾

If any issue comes up, you can fully exchange or return your items under the conditions below:

1. Free exchanges & returns (within 7 days)

You can exchange or return items completely free of charge within 7 days of receiving them if:

• You have an unboxing video
• The product is unused, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact
• You have the full purchase receipt
• There is a manufacturer defect or Pet Shop Sài Gòn shipped the wrong product

2. Exchanges & returns with a fee (days 8–15)

After the first 7 days, if you still want to exchange or return an item for personal reasons, Pet Shop Sài Gòn will still help out for a small fee:

• Unused product: return fee of 15–20% of the product value
• Product with opened packaging (but unused): exchange for another product for a 15% fee, return for a 20–30% fee

3. A few important notes

Food, treats, and consumables: For hygiene and your pet's health, Pet Shop Sài Gòn cannot accept exchanges or returns once the packaging has been opened (except when the product is defective due to the manufacturer)

4. Shipping costs

• If the product is defective or shipped incorrectly: Pet Shop Sài Gòn covers 100% of the round-trip shipping cost
• If you want to exchange/return for personal reasons: please help us out by covering the shipping cost
